The Fish ‘n Chips was exceptional, the canapés went down a storm, the afternoon tea was delicious and beatifically presented and of course the Hog roast went down a treat. I would like to thank you so much for catering out Partnership Blessing and Barn Dance. Fish and chips [and alternatives] was definitely the best accompaniment to a barn dance. We had over 175 guests and somehow you managed to serve them all in under an hour. So many people have complimented us on the quality of the food. The batter was mouthwateringly crispy, the fish great quality and the chips cooked to perfection, and to have them cooked and served immediately made such a difference. The plated desserts made a perfect finish. Thank you for helping us fine tune the details and for the efficiency of the set up and serving on the night. You and your staff helped us have a night to remember.

I recently attended the wedding of two friends in the Nottingham and as part of their celebrations they had secured the services of Julia Ashley and her business “The Wedding Catering Company” For this wedding Julia had provided a bespoke fish ‘n chip van, although van does the vehicle a disservice! The food was fresh, beautifully cooked and served with a smile. The staff throughout the evening ensured that the drinks were flowing and that the beautiful canapés were shared equally amongst the group. I have been fortunate enough to work all over the world and sample hospitality on a global basis, I can honestly say that Julia and her team are well within my top ten and have no hesitation recommending them.

ow I am back in normal world (boo) I just wanted to drop you a line to say thank you from myself and Gav. I never thought our perfect weekend was possible and you both just delivered on every count. You service, your great food, and your personalities made it just perfect. Everything you were asked, including any of your staff, you get on with in such a professional and efficient manner. I can imagine dealing with 130 guests after a few jars is not the easiest and especially after the way I saw one of my guests speak to one of your members of staff, they all deserve a big thank you. On a personal note I have worried about my wedding from the day we booked the date as my Dad passed away a couple of years ago and I have always worried about how I would deal with it. Having such an amazing day with you guys making everything perfect really helped to take away any ‘stress-outs’ I may have had. The gin also helped before I went to church!

Thank you so much for the fish and chips on Saturday they were such a success the compliments were flowing in. Well done to Phil and colleague and thank you for such a great service. Sally 3rd March. It was the first time we had used this company and without hesitation I would use them again. They were so accommodating about dietary needs etc. The fish was beautifully fresh and the chips – just how they should be. I first met Julia and Graham,and tasted their incredible fish’n’chips when they catered for my brother’s 50th Birthday celebration.On deciding to have my own Xmas party last year,there was only one call I had to make.Julia and Graham arrived at our home in their mobile kitchen with no fuss,and served the most delicious fish’n’chips I have EVER had! The fish melted in the mouth,and the batter was so light and crisp that I found myself sneaking out for seconds!Our guests felt thoroughly spoilt,and to top it all there was no clearing or washing up to be done,card containers were simply thrown into a large sack.Result!They left with as little fuss as they had arrived .I would thoroughly recommend them for any celebration,and can’t wait for another excuse to get them back again…

We selected the services of The Wedding Catering Co. for both our wedding breakfast and evening fish and chips. Being french and knowing our friends and family were foodies I knew I was going to have to make sure we had good quality tasty food and I asked Graham to help me create a french styled wedding breakfast. He delivered and some! The food was delicious and so well presented. The comments from all our guests were the same, the food was fantastic, not like most normal wedding breakfasts which are dry and bland and we agree with our guests wholeheartedly. We could not ask for more from Graham and his excellent team. We then had the fish and chip van come in the evening, it was a touch and we’ve been told by numerous friends that it was the best idea ever. The fish and chips are amazing and went down a storm. We highly recommend Graham and his amazing team for any catering requirements. You’ll certainly be very pleased.

It was even better than I expected, I can’t believe how much food we got for the money we paid… it was extremely good value for money. It is always a bit daunting booking something through the internet, however, you didn’t let me down and certainly delivered… if anyone is ever worried about booking through the internet I can vouch for you 100% and would highly recommend you to anyone else…

Rachel The food was excellent and we received so many compliments that I couldn’t list them all for you! Although we had three people who were unable to attend on the day, we had very little wastage which goes to show how much everyone enjoyed the food. The service was excellent, delivered when you advised and the instructions for keeping food warm etc., easy to follow. We certainly would not hesitate to recommend you for parties large and small.
